Cancellation Policy and Waiting Fees
Cancellation and Transportation companies are faced with many challenges when airlines and airports change, cancel or delay flights. We are dedicated to being on time even when traffic is heavy. What we can not control are accidents en route to drop off and pick up. Our drivers are paid by the trip based on hourly rates. If an airline loses luggage, makes you wait on the tarmac, or any other reason for delays, we need to charge an hourly waiting fee to compensate our driver. This fee will be $30 per additional hour over and above the normal wait time. The first hour from the expected arrival time is waived and an additional charge starts after that.
When you make a reservation with us, we hold that spot usually without a deposit. Should you cancel within 48 hours of pick up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will be assessed. We will always try to work and reschedule so the fee can be waived. Our goal is to provide superior service at a fair price.
